University of California-Berkeley Admission Deadlines
The UC portal offers a one-month application filling period for admission in the undergraduate programs to its campuses. Students are requested to submit their applications prior to the deadlines for them to be considered for admission. The University does not entertain late applications. Here are the undergraduate admission deadlines for the enrollment seasons:

UCB Admissions for International Undergraduate Students
The undergraduate admission process for International Students is two-fold. Along with the basic UBC admission requirements, international students should also keep in mind the following guidelines:
- Average marks above 70 are required in both the 10th and 12th state board/ CBSE examination.
- Self-Reported Academic Records: Applicants must fill the educational history section of their application exactly as it appears on their school records, you don’t want to get in trouble with the International Admission Specialist! Every campus is assigned an admissions officer who is familiar with the educational systems of other countries and is required to proof-check a student’s academic records.
- Language Requirements: English Proficiency is necessary at UCB, the applicant must meet the cutoffs for TOEFL or IELTS.
- ACT/SAT: Applicants must have taken ACT with the writing test, SAT with writing or SAT with an essay by December of their last year at secondary school.
- The applicants must demonstrate proficiency in their 15-year long academic course with a 3.4 GPA.
Applications for admission are available beginning in October of the year prior to the year in which you would enter UC Berkeley. The application filing period is November 1-30. All applications must be submitted by November 30.
UC Berkeley does not offer application for early admission or early decision.

How to Apply to UC Berkeley
Apply to Berkeley by filling out the UC application(link is external). You can begin working on the application as early as August 1, and must submit the application November 1-30. You can apply to as many UC campuses as you like with one application, and each campus will receive your application and official test scores. Application Fees and Fee Waivers
The application fee is $70 for each UC campus ($80 for international and non-immigrant applicants). Application fee waivers are available to students who can’t afford to apply. Application fee waivers are available for students who are permanent residents, eligible for AB540 benefits or U.S. citizens. Your family size and income must fall within specific guidelines to be eligible.
