Merit Scholarships

Belmont University offers a variety of merit-based scholarships. The application for admission to the university serves as the merit-based scholarship application.ย General Academic Merit Scholarships are awarded on a rolling basis following the offer of admission as funds remain available.ย December 1 is the priority application deadline for consideration for Belmontโ€™s most competitive named and departmental scholarships. ย All components of the application for admission must be received by this date for the applicant to be deemed eligible for consideration.ย ย 

Endowed Scholarships

In a committed effort to assist students attending Belmont University, many generous individuals and organizations have established and sustained endowed scholarships. Students are automatically considered for any scholarships for which they are eligible upon completion of an application for admission and their FAFSA.ย  All accepted entering freshmen and enrolled returning students will be considered for each University-administered scholarship for which they are eligible.Scholarship award amounts and eligibility criteria vary widely.
