The Admissions Committee looks at both quantitative and qualitative aspects of each applicant when considering them for admission. Based upon these two criteria, each applicant is given a score. All applicants must have a pre-requisite GPA of 2.8 or higher.
2. Quantitative (70 percent)
This portion includes GPAs, typical course load, GRE, and degree, if applicable.
3. Qualitative (30 percent)
This portion includes experience with animals, knowledge of veterinary profession, extracurricular activities, leadership and communication skills including the very important personal statement.

Students who are residents of Oklahoma with sufficient scores are invited for interviews. Non-residents are not required to interview.
