Tuition for the EMPS degree includes:

  • Hotel for each on-site field study
  • Transportation once students arrive at each on-site field study
  • Some meals

Students are responsible for:

  • $60 mandatory student health insurance fee for each course requiring international travel

Federal Student Aid

As a student at the School of Continuing Studies, you may be eligible for federal financial aid. To determine eligibility for Federal aid, you must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Please review the “How to Apply” area of the financial aid website for details regarding the requirements for each academic term.

To be eligible for Federal Student Loans, you must be enrolled at least half-time as determined by the University Registrar.

Summer Financial Aid

To apply for summer financial aid:

  • Complete a 2020-2021 FAFSA no later than June 30, 2021

Applied Sports Management Curriculum

The robust curriculum delivers a balanced and practical understanding of both the theories and practices shaping today’s global sports business. Students develop a firm foundation through required courses and choose from a variety of electives that will sharpen their knowledge with an insider perspective of critical industry topics:

Georgetown’s online Sports Industry Management master’s degree consists of 30 total credit hours and can be completed in two years while studying part-time, but you may take up to five years to complete the program.
