OverviewEstablished in April 1990, Temasek Polytechnic (TP) is a significant contributor to the field of para-professional education in Singapore. Situated in the east of the island, the campus sits on a 30-hectare plot of land fronting the scenic Bedok Reservoir. TP currently offers 53 full-time diploma courses in the areas of applied sciences, business, design, engineering, humanities & social sciences, and informatics and IT to around 15,000 students. Temasek Polytechnic also offers over 40 part-time courses up to the Advanced Diploma level. The diploma courses are recognised by more than 200 universities, both local and overseas, for the purposes of advanced standing towards degree studies. With a student population of around 13,000, TP is a hub of intellectual and creative activities all-year round.

Temasek Polytechnic comprises of six academic schools School of Business, School of Design, School of Applied Science, School of Engineering, School of Informatics & IT and School of Humanities & Social Sciences.  The university provides around 46 full-time diploma courses and 30 part-time courses.
