Please see also Vademecum per chi studia a.a. 2021-2022 (Italian version).Ask for ISEE to pay according to your economic situation

In order to pay a contribution calculated according to your economic situation, you must request ISEE:

  • by 22nd November 2021: in order to get in time the right amount of the full-comprehensive contribution according to your economic situation and not to get fined
  • from 23rd November 2021 to 22nd February 2022 : by paying a fine of 150 €

You may need several weeks to get the ISEE, we invite you to submit your request at once.

For students enrolling for the first year of postgraduate degrees and completing the enrolment after 22nd November 2021, no fine will be charged for request of University ISEE carried out after 22nd November 2021.

However these students must deliver the ISEEU by 22nd February 2022, otherwise they will pay the maximum amount due.

Students admitted to study courses with restricted number of places after 22nd November 2021 can request the ISEEU within 30 days after the admission without paying any fine.

The maximum amount of the full-comprehensive contribution will be applied:

  • if you do not ask for ISEE by 22nd February 2022
  • if your ISEE value is higher than 85,000 €

How to get the calculation of contribution according to ISEE (financial situation certificate)

If you already have a valid ISEEU 2021, you do not need to ask for a new one, unless you need to update/correct it.

To join the service: Servizio ISEE UNIVERSITARIO CAF Do.C. 2021

After completing the accession procedure, you will receive the credentials to access the online service and all the information about documents to be uploaded to request your ISEE.

    or
  • resident in Italy, but you do not meet the independence requirements pursuant to art. 8 of DPCM 159/2013 as amended and your family members are resident abroad

you can choose to request a reduction for the full-comprehensive contribution due for enrollment on study courses of the academic year 2020-2021  based on the ISEE parificato or based on the GDP pro capita and Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) of the country of  residence or that of parents (if you are not a self-employed student).

The independence requirements are considered to be met if you meet both the following conditions:

  • you have resided outside the home of the family of origin, for at least two years, in a flat not owned by one member of the family;
  • have declared an income of at least € 6,500.00 in the years 2018 and 2019.

Full-comprehensive contribution based on ISEE parificato

If you choose to pay the full-comprehensive contribution based on the value of the ISEE parificato, the amounts due are those provided for in articles 2 and 3.1 of the Tax and Contribution Regulations for the academic year 2021-2022, except for any exemptions.

The ISEE parificato must be delivered by the student to the Right to Education Section along with an original copy of the documentation required for release by 22nd November 2021.

In case the ISEE parificato is delivered after 23rd November 2021 and by 22nd February 2022, a fine of € 150.00 will be charged.

For example, it will be used to determine the amount due for study courses with additional contributions for services on request proportional to the ISEE value.
