How to get Admission in NUST Business School?
How can I be a NUSTian? This is the most resonating question we usually heard from our students so let’s talk about getting admission into NUST Business School. NUST follows a very transparent admission system for students to provide and equal opportunity to all students coming for NUST Business School from diverse fields of studies. NUST assess students on the basis of NUST Entry Test or NUST Entrance Test (NET) and it counts 75% in your merit calculations. NUST ENTRY TEST (NET)
NUST Entry Test or NUST Entrance Test (NET) is a university entrance examination conducted three times a year by NUST to evaluate analytical and educational strength of students to get into one of the most prestigious universities of Pakistan. As candidate come from diverse educational backgrounds (Cambridge System, O/A Levels, FSc) and different parts of the country NET provides a common ground to assess their eligibility.
National University of Singapore Business School is one of the 17 faculties of the globally recognized National University of Singapore. It came into existence in 1965 and has been offering rigorous business education since then. The business school is accredited by AACSB and EQUIS and also consistently ranked at the top for quality of education, faculty research and graduates in influential ranking agencies such as QS, THE, Financial Times, etc. The university mainly offers BBA, MBA, Executive MBA, MSc and PhD programmes along with some professional courses and graduate certificate programs.
National University of Singapore Business School has an enrollment of 3,200+ students in the BBA program, 168 students in the MBA program and 75+ students in Ph.D. programs. The business school has around 63% international enrollment in the full-time MBA program and 94% international enrollment in the part-time MBA program. Admission to the National University of Singapore Business School takes place once a year in July/ August. An academic year at the university consists of two semesters and two special terms. Prospective candidates must complete the online application available on the university website and pay the necessary application fee before the closing date. It must be noted that the university does not accept hard copies of applications. The application fee for undergraduate applicants is 20 SGD. Graduate program applicants are required to pay an application fee of 100-200 SGD depending on the choice of program. The next admission intake available is August 2022, applications for which will be accepted later this year.
The business school has a selective admission policy and the level of competition among applicants is high. Admission decisions are based on academic merit and influenced by factors such as standardized test scores, work experience and strength of the application. Students seeking admission to the BBA program must have at least 12 years of general education by the July of the year of application. Applications for the MBA program are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the admission cycle. A GMAT of 700 on 800 or equivalent GRE is recommended for admission to graduate programs. Work experience of at least 2 years is necessary for admission to MBA programs and recommended for MSc programs. Applicants seeking admission to Executive MBA or UCLA-NUS EMBA must demonstrate 10 years of full-time work experience at a senior position to be eligible as the level of expertise required for these programs is higher.

National University of Singapore Business School Admission Deadlines
Application for admission in the academic year 2021-2022 has closed. The next available intake for graduate programs will be August 2022. The applications for the next intake will begin later this year. The application deadline for most programs commencing in August 2022 is March 31. However, applicants are advised to check the application deadline for applying to the choice of program.
The only upcoming deadline available is for the MSc in Management and double-degree MSc in Management + CEMS MIM program for January 2022 intake which is July 15, 2021. Admission to the MBA program takes place on a rolling basis therefore, applicants are advised to submit applications as early as possible.

National University of Singapore Business School receives a large number of international applications for admission. International applicants must complete high school education involving at least 12 years of general education by the July of the year of application.

The NUS MBA offers the option of two formats: a 17-month full-time programme and a part-time programme for working professionals who want to advance their leadership competencies without putting their careers on hold.
The NUS MBA programme is offered on both full-time and part-time basis. A typical full module comprises of 4 modular credits (MCs) and meets 3 hours a week for 14 weeks. A typical half module comprises of 2 MCs and meets 3 hours a week for 7 weeks. The programme has one intake each year and commences in July/August for both part-time and full-time participants.

FULL-TIME MBA PROGRAMME
Full-time MBA students complete their studies within 17 months. This schedule offers students with the opportunity to enrich their learning experience by spending a semester on student exchange and another semester on internship. Core module classes are generally held in the day while elective classes are generally held in the evenings. Full-time students must enrol in modules totalling up to at least 12 MCs and up to 20 MCs per semester. During special terms, full-time students can only enrol for modules up to a maximum of 8 MCs for each special term. Part-time students must enrol for modules totally up to at least 4 MCs and not more than 12 MCs of study per semester. For each special term, part-time students can register for up to 8 MCs. *Number of Modules is equivalent to a combination of full modules and half modules. Each academic year consists of two regular semesters and two optional Special Terms.
FINANCE
The NUS MBA Specialisation in Finance focuses on the most important issues facing the financial industry in recent years, covering topics such as international financial management, private equity and venture capital pricing, portfolio management, wealth management, and valuation modelling.
