Emlyon Business School Campus and Accommodations

The campuses of the Emlyon Business School are intended to provide students with the finest learning environment possible. They are strategically placed in major French and international cities to encourage encounters with the urban fabric’s different structures. Lyon, Saint-Étienne, Paris, Shanghai, Casablanca, Bhubaneswar, and Mumbai are the current Emlyon campuses.

The school campus is popular among students for the ‘Roof Pop’, a large brand new terrace with an excellent countryside view for refreshments. There are 35 actively involved student associations at Emlyon Business School. The school organizes a variety of events, workshops for creators, learning center, incubator, turbocharger, wellness center. Gym, roof terrace and an amphitheater with 500 seats. More than 6000 students from 97 countries are presently in initial training.

Emlyon Business School Accommodations

In France, there are a variety of accommodation options. Students can live in the residence options offered by the institute they’ve applied for or student lodging. Students may also choose to obtain housing through a private owner or a real estate firm.

The CROUS Residences: You must complete an “international lodging” (LEI) application and submit it between January 15th and May 31st prior to the start of the academic year to be considered for a room in a CROUS house. Student lodging in a residential: You may be able to find student lodging in a residence for young people or a student residence. These give rental housing at a reasonable price. Emlyon Business School Application Process

To begin your application file, create an account or head to your dashboard. The application fee for admission to the school is 120 Euros (~10,556 INR), which may be paid online using a credit card. Students with a recognized master’s degree, a Baccalaureate or 4 year bachelor’s degree. The documents provided need to be in English or French (except passport and identity card).

Admission Requirements for International Students: Following are the admission requirements of Emlyon Business School:

Emlyon Business School Scholarships

The school assists students in financing their full-time MBA by providing guaranteed scholarships to qualified applicants. You will not need to submit a particular financial assistance request if you are qualified for one of these scholarships. History

École Supérieure de Commerce de Lyon – Entrance gate

The school was created in 1872 and it is the fourth Business school in France created after ESCP Europe, École supérieure de commerce de Rouen and École de management de Normandie.

The first name of the school was ESCAE Lyon, then École supérieure de commerce de Lyon (ESCL), then changed to EM Lyon in 1997, for the 125th anniversary of the school. The final name, Emlyon Business School, was chosen in 2005.

In 2007, the Shanghai campus was opened.

In 2015, the opening of a new campus in Casablanca & launch of a worldwide partnership with IBM

At the end of March 2016, Emlyon Business School and Grenoble School of Management announced their alliance, the Alliance Lyon Grenoble Business School, centered on innovation, entrepreneurship, growth, and new business.

Master of Business Administration

The MBA is an intensive a full-time one-year programme with a September intake. The MBA is taught fully in English and welcomes participants with an average of seven years of work experience (average age of 31), 70% of whom are from a country other than France.
