Quebec Residents and Students from the rest of Canada:

The Quebec Government announced the rates for the academic year 2021-22. The Quebec basic tuition fee in 2021-2022 will be $90.84 per credit, which represents a 3.9% increase relative to 2020-21. For students from the rest of Canada, the fee charged is a combination of the Quebec rate and the out of province supplement which totals $283.52 per credit ($90.84 + $192.68).

Students in this category who are either doctoral candidates (PhD) or in Post-Graduate Medical Education are not subject to the out-of-province supplements, but will be subject to increases at the same rate as Quebec students.

International students in undergraduate and graduate certificate/diploma programs, whether newly admitted or returning, will be charged the fees of newly admitted students in their Faculty or Schoolโ€™s programs, but are not guaranteed tuition rates and are subject to tuition increases in subsequent years.

Visiting and Special International Students:

Visiting and Special Students are charged the same tuition rates as newly admitted students in their Faculty or Schoolโ€™s programs, but are not guaranteed tuition rates and are subject to tuition increases in subsequent years.

International Students in Graduate level programs (2nd & 3rd cycle):

2nd cycle programs include Masterโ€™s, Graduate Certificate, Diploma, and Special and Visiting students taking graduate level courses. 3rd cycle refers to students in a doctoral program.
