The Binghamton School of Management requires applicants to have completed at least one year of undergraduate coursework before they can apply. Students must also complete standardized tests such as the GMAT or GRE. To be granted the BS accounting from the School of Management, students must complete a total of 126 credits and the following courses:

To be granted a BS in business administration, students must complete the following courses:

A. Liberal arts requirements (total minimum of 60 credits)

All students are required to complete the following courses:

  • ECON 162 Macroeconomics
  • MATH 220 OR MATH 221, MATH 224 OR MATH 255 Calculus
  • Liberal arts electives

Liberal arts electives should complete remaining 60 credits, and should include General Education coursework and:

  • Two must be composition courses
  • Three must be upper level courses (300 or above)

Continuing a tradition of excellence, the Binghamton University School of Management jumped 19 spots in the Poets&Quants 2021 Best Undergraduate Business Schools ranking, moving up to the top 30.

Of the 93 schools ranked, the School of Management came in at number 28, a significant increase from its number 47 ranking in the 2020 listing. Among public business schools on the ranking, the School of Management was ranked in the top 15.

Binghamton University’s business administration program prepares students for successful careers.
