Send us a scan of your health or travel insurance, passport and confirmation of payment to recruitment@lazarski.edu.pl. Please do not forget to provide your registration number as an e-mail subject. Once we have received your payment and the aforementioned documents, you will receive your acceptance letter to apply for visa.

FINAL STEP: START YOUR LANGUAGE COURSE

Once you arrive in Warsaw please visit our Admissions Office (Sector F, room 63a, ground floor) for further instructions. We recommend you arrive in Warsaw few days earlier to settle down and get more comfortable before the start of your course.

How to apply for studies?

Incoming Erasmus+ Students โ€“ Welcome!

Thank you for your interest in studying at the Lazarski University (PLWARSZAW14) under the Erasmus+ Framework.

Erasmus is without doubt the worldโ€™s most successful mobility programme. It allows students of European Universities to spend time in another EU institution.

By taking part in Erasmus+, you get the following benefits:

  • Financial grant of 750 EUR per month to cover the costs of your stay abroad (accommodation, food, pocket money)
  • An important experience to add in your CV that will give you a competitive advantage when applying for a job
  • Lots of new friends, exciting experiences and endless possibilities
  • A boost to your interpersonal and language skills

In order to qualify, you need to fulfill the following criteria:

  • B2 – minimum level of the English language
  • enrolled for studies at the Lazarski’s partner university

Deadlines:

The deadline for applying to our University for the fall semester is June 15th.

The deadline for application for the spring semester is December 15th.

All documents and nominations should be sent and acknowledged by our Erasmus office no later than these two dates, otherwise the application will be rejected.

To take part in the Erasmus+ Study Mobility at the Lazarski University you have to first contact the International or Erasmus Office at your Home University. This is in order to express your interest and examine if you are eligible for applying for an Erasmus Study Mobility.
The Lazarski University can only accept students under the areas of studies specified in the Inter-Institutional Agreement between the two Universities. If there is not a signed Inter-Institutional Agreement then it will not be possible to accept the students.

Once the Home University approves your application and officially nominates you for a Study Mobility at the Lazarski University, we can then start the Application Procedure.

Application:

If you would like to apply to our University, firstly we would like your coordinator to send your nomination to the following address: erasmus@lazarski.edu.pl.

In order to apply for an Erasmus+ Study Mobility at the Lazarski University, you have to submit the following documents:

  • fully completed Application Form signed by the candidate (the Application Form should be typed),
  • an official certificate of English language skills,
  • a copy of the identity page of the passport,
  • a copy of the health insurance valid in Poland for the whole period of studies,
  • two passport-size photos,
  • the Learning Agreement document – contact section and Before the Mobility section: signed by the Home University’s Coordinator and the candidate.

The scanned copies of the above-mentioned documents must be sent to this e-mail address: erasmus@lazarski.edu.pl before the application deadline. After receiving the e-mail information from the Lazarski University that nomination of the candidate is accepted, the above-mentioned originals must be sent by regular post. As soon as the Lazarski University receives originals, the Acceptance Letter will be drawn up and send via e-mail to Home Coordinator and to the student. Thus, the Acceptance Letter will be send to them by regular post. 

Also your accomodation information will be sent along with your acceptance letter via-email.

Language Certificate:

Once our office gets the nomination we will require a confirmation of language skills primarily of the English language via-email from the nominated student. Each student is required to send us a scanned certificate of the completion of an internationally recognized exam like for instance the Cambridge ESOL, TOEFL, TELC, IELTS, LCCI, or the TOEIL. The certificate must state the student’s English level of at least a B2 equivalence. Please note that this document must be the confirmation of the completion of an international exam. All university documents and confirmations of a student’s level of language will not be accepted. Once this document is acknowledged by our office we will be able to continue with the application process.

In some exceptional cases as a substitute we could approve any certificate issued by the Sending University which is equivalent to at least B2 level of the English certificate.

Lazarski University Foundation scholarship โ€“ this grant is just for you

This scholarship is just for you. It is your chance of success.

Lazarski University Foundation scholarship is a grant programme awarded to current students and those who want to start studying at Lazarski University.

The programme is aimed at supporting students who are talented, studious and socially active but do not have sufficient resources to cover the tuition fee.

The grant covers the whole or a part of the tuition fee at Lazarski University.

The total sum available for the academic year 2018/2019 is PLN 20,000.

Who can apply?

If you are starting your studies at Lazarski University or you already are our student and your average grade has always been above 4.2, you can apply.

Students from outside Poland can also apply. 

How to apply?

  1. You have to fill in an electronic application form available on below and attach documents confirming your achievements, a declaration of your average grade (included in the application form) and a declaration of your income (a specimen available on the Foundation website).
    1. The Grant Committee will verify the declaration of your average grade based on the data provided by the programme Uczelnia XP. Thus, it is not necessary to obtain any confirmation documents from the Deanโ€™s Office.
    2. You can check your average grade for the whole period of studies on https://oceny.lazarski.pl. In order to get access, login to Wirtualna Uczelnia with your usual login details.
    3. A declaration of income must be signed. A document without a signature will not be accepted.
  2. The deadline for submitting applications and scanned documents is 9th October 2018

What happens next?

The Grant Committee will analyse the applications and contact the shortlisted candidates, who will be invited for an interview. At the interview candidates will have to present their achievements and interests.

The winnersโ€™ names will be published on the Foundation and the University websites on the 9th November 2018.
