From University of Arizona Global Campus
One of the University of Arizona Global Campus strengths is that we aren’t what many people would consider a “typical university.” At Global Campus, you won’t find any ivy-covered halls filled with students who’ve just graduated from high school. Instead, the Global Campus convenient online format, flexible class schedules, and relevant degree programs have made higher education accessible to a wide range of students who don’t fit the mold of a “typical college student.”

The courses have been very insightful and will help me to further my career. I also like my professors. They have been very helpful and understanding while I complete my courses through a pandemic. If I have a question they respond promptly and they always provide enough information and details. My professors have also graded my assignments fairly and in a timely manner. The professors also engage in the student discussion forum with delight and helpful information. I do not have a favorite professor, because they all have been very helpful during my journey. For example, my grandmother died while I was taking my last course and I emailed my professor and told her and she extended my assignments without any issues. She was very understanding and told me to reach out to her if I needed more time. You can not beat that type of assistance during a difficult time especially when you are trying to stay focused and complete the course!

ReportStart Your Review of University of Arizona Global CampusRate It!Rating 5 out of 5 I have been attending The University of Arizona Global Campus (UAGC) for about 2 and a half years now. Overall, it has been a great experience. The faculty are very attentive to your needs and ensure you are on the right path to success. They work with your schedule! Being in the military I have had many challenges. I have had to take continuous breaks due to deployments and operational requirements which only delayed my graduation date. However, the faculty understand this and make the schooling work around your schedule. The UAGC has been awesome to me.

ReportRating 4 out of 5 Hello, I graduated with an Associates degree for Early childhood education in 2018. It was one of the most challenging and amazing experiences of my life! The enrollment process was a bit difficult. I would make sure you ask questions to the advisors. They may seem rushed but they mean well. My teachers were excellent and very helpful. The ECC instructors prepare you for your degree. I did many writing assignments and presentations. I had an amazing instructor who told me about the field not having enough bilingual educators who can help children with disabilities. That was a life-changing experience for me! I understand that online college may seem hard but you need to motivate yourself and set a goal. My colleagues were friendly and overall my experience was great. I want to go back to get my bachelors soon once this pandemic is over!

Accredited Online Journalism Degrees
HomeOnline Degrees Journalism
Dating as far back as the 16th century, journalism has been ingrained into the functioning of our societies. For democratic communities to make informed decisions, they must have access to readily available and updated information on news and current events in the world. An online journalism degree can help you build the skills and critical mindset needed to gather news, vet information, and interpret current events.
As a journalist, you’ll interview sources, dig deep to uncover stories, and write compelling articles about current events as well as past incidences. But think hard before becoming a newspaper journalist—traditional newsroom jobs are on the decline, says the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Web positions, however, are expanding. Online news sites—with a focus on anything from world events to hyperlocal topics—are popping up nearly every day, with updates posted around the clock. You’ll have to be willing to jump into digital media journalism—including social media and blogging—if you want to be relevant and employable in today’s journalism market.Found 12 Accredited Online Art & Liberal Arts Associate Degree Programs
