Who can apply?
- Foreign nationals
- Those who are natural born Turkish citizens and have received permission of renouncement of nationality from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and those who can prove that they possess the Document Related to the Usage of the Rights Granted based on the Turkish Citizenship Law for their minor children registered at the document of renunciation of Turkish citizenship.ย (Turkish Citizenship Law No. 5901 Article 7- (1) indicates, โA child born to a married Turkish father or mother, whether in Turkey or abroad, is Turkish citizen.โ So, it is highly recommended for candidates, who are going to apply for foreign student admission quota, to review the Turkish Citizenship Law.)

Application fee
- In order to apply for the undergraduate programs, the students must pay an application fee of 25 USD.
- Online application process is completed only if the application fee is paid by credit card at the end of the online application.
- Applications without application fee payment can not be evaluated.

IUE offers different types of discounts/tuition scholarships based on the academic success and background of the applicants. Please note that there is not any separate application for scholarships. Each applicant is also evaluated for relevant discounts/scholarships. If a candidate is qualified for any type of discount/scholarship, s/he will be notified with an acceptance letter explaining all detail.
