Admission Requirements

  • Authentic copies of educational certificates attained until now
  • Enrolment certificate
  • Certificate of ex-matriculation
  • German translations of all certificates excluding the documents in English
  • CV beginning with the start of school education until now
  • A recent passport-sized photo
  • The UNI-ASSIST receipt as a proof of fees paid
  • A photocopy of the passport (validation is not necessary)

Language requirements:

  • The applicant’s proficiency in German will be assessed in the DSH test.
  • To be considered qualified for the DSH, applicants have to demonstrate proof of their proficiency in German is no less than the C1 level as said by the Common European Frame of Reference.
  • A minimum score of 3 points in all 4 parts of the TestDaF examination can be also taken as evidence for the necessary level for the application.
  • Minimum English proficiency test scores required are – IELTS – 6.5 or TOEFL – 100 (iBT) and 600 (PBT) (if applicable).

  • Students are provided with financial assistance in the form of student loans, scholarships, and work-study options.

  • Deutschlandstipendium – It provides fund for 300 Euro monthly for 2 semesters. Money may come from government or private sponsors.
