Before delving into our top 10 list, there are a few things to keep in mind.

First, it is essential to note that โ€œGMAT waiversโ€ can come in many forms, some being exclusive to only a few of the most elite candidates. We narrowed our list to include only those programs that feature GMAT waivers for average professional applicants, not those programs whose GMAT waivers are for candidates, such as Ph.D. holders only.

Second, to determine the most affordable programs, we considered the out-of-state tuition (not including scholarships or other financial aid) of these schools and eliminated those that were not at least 20% cheaper than the average online MBA per credit cost $922 per credit hour.
