    • As of 1/14/21, due to the COVID pandemic, TEAS is NOT offered on the Middlesex campus. Students can take the TEAS online with ATI. 
    • **A new admission policy instated on Monday, July 13, 2020 now allows Middlesex to accept TEAS scores from Bonds Training and Testing. We can accept TEAS test scores from Bonds for tests taken on Monday, July 13, 2020 and all later dates.

Have you met the requirements for Nursing?

  • If yes, follow the directions on the Nursing Admission Requirements Certification form and submit all forms and transcripts and complete any required testing as soon as possible. Admission to Nursing is on a rolling basis. Students who have completed their application are placed on the waiting list and are ranked in order by the date their application is complete. Although there is no deadline, applicants are encouraged to apply early as space is limited.
  • If no, complete a Middlesex Community College Admission Application online and choose the Liberal Studies with Health Pathway major to begin working on the program prerequisites. We encourage you to meet with our admissions counselors to plan how you will meet the requirements.

Qualified Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who meet the college’s Nursing program admission requirements may apply for advanced placement on a space available basis. LPNs may request credit for prior learning and apply those credits to an Associate in Science degree in Nursing. In addition to the admission application materials above, LPNs should download and complete the LPN Advanced Placement Form below along with the other admission application materials.
