This program provides an overview of the sport management discipline by presenting both fundamental principles and current practical issues. It explains the relevance of sociological, cultural, historical, political, psychological, and legal concepts to the management of sports; the necessary professional skills and attitudes of sport managers; and the ways in which the globalization of sports continues to affect sport management professions. It also discusses the significance of sports as an international social institution.

This course qualitatively observes motor skill performance and identifies any subsequent discrepancy between observed and desired responses. Physical Conditioning
This course examines physical conditioning and sport programs. It considers various aspects of integration, accessibility, advocacy, motor skill development, and specific physical conditioning of persons with various disabilities.

Decision Making & Analysis
This course examines the major decisional areas to establish goals and determines strategies. It deals with the dynamic conditions of uncertainty and risk characterizing the environment of modern organizations. It emphasizes the analytical approaches for problem formulation and solution as well as decision implementation.

Sports Training
This course explores the acquisition of strength and the improvement of cardiovascular endurance and resistance as means to enhance sport performance. It shows the importance of nutrition and the improvement of the fundamental ability factors: strength, skills, flexibility, cardiovascular, and muscle growth.

Sport Aids
This course studies the principles of increasing sports performance using supplements and anabolic steroids. It includes a detailed description of these, their physiological effects, classification, detection, and use. It deals with the physiological and psychological effects of supplements and aids on human sport performance.

Coaching & Executive Leadership
This course shows how to get the most from employees. Managers learn how to be more than just a boss and develop the skills and strategies to become more like a coach to their employees. It shows how to tap into the hidden strengths and talents of employees, to inspire peak performers to even greater levels of productivity, to confront inappropriate behavior, and turn problem employees into productive workers.

Sport Management
This course provides an overview of sport management by presenting the foundational aspects of the profession and current topics from the field. It explains the relevance of sociological, cultural, historical, political, psychological, and legal concepts to the management of sport.

Sports Coaching
This course discusses the psychological aspects of sport coaching as well as the design and implementation of personal and team training programs for optimal performance. It considers various aspects related to behavior, personality, motivation, stress, psychological preparation, gender differences, social influence, group dynamics, and leadership.

Sport Injuries
This course deals with the prevention and treatment of sport injuries. It covers topics such as protective equipment, first aid, micro traumas, specific injuries, athletes with disabilities, nutrition, and medications. It suggests ways to achieve safe and optimal performance for both the average performer and/or the elite athlete.

Coaching Strategies
This course reviews important strategies related to leadership, motivation, and coaching and their applications in various situations. It considers leadership communication strategies, creative thinking, teamwork, motivation, and the effect of different leadership and coaching styles upon the organization. It focuses on the coaching intervention strategies used in managing different organizational settings.

Performance Psychology
This course integrates different domains to shape performance psychology, a discipline that focus on what influences peak and non-peak performance. It explores performance in sports, music, management and the arts both for individuals and teams/groups, looking at the influence of cognition, perception, personality, motivation, attention, stress, coaching, and age.
