The University of California, Los Angeles has released its admissions decisions. In all, UCLA received 111,266 applications to its Class of 2023. This figure compares to 113,695 for the Class of 2022 and 102,181 for the Class of 2021. For the Class of 2023, 69,558 of the 111,266 applicants hail from within California, 23,023 live in another U.S. state or territory, and 18,685 hail from outside of the United States. International applications were down a bit (along with overall applications) from last year when 19,445 international students applied but the figure was still up from two years ago when 17,841 applied for admission.

UCLA has yet to release their admissions statistics for the Class of 2023. Last year, the overall admit rate stood at 14.1%. The 25% โ€“ 75% middle GPA and test scores for admitted students were 4.16 โ€“ 4.31 (GPA), 31 โ€“ 35 (ACT), 670 โ€“ 750 (SAT Reading), and 690 โ€“ 790 (SAT Math). So we expect the admissions statistics to be similar โ€” if slightly lower due to the slightly smaller pool of applicants โ€” for UCLAโ€™s latest batch of admitted students.
