The second year of studies
serves to build up an individual profile. Around 280 modules are available. Students can choose either a detailed subject-specific profile or an interdisciplinary one. Besides this, the second year of studies is well-suited for a semester abroad.

The Master’s thesis is also written during the second year. The students have six months to complete the thesis independently using scientific methods.
