The College of Engineering at University of Idaho has an application deadline of Feb. 1. The application fee is $60 for U.S. residents and $70 for international students. Its tuition is full-time: $9,876 per year (in-state); full-time: $29,112 per year (out-of-state); part-time: $549 per credit (in-state); and part-time: $1,618 per credit (out-of-state). The 2020 Ph.D. student-faculty ratio is 1.5:1. The College of Engineering at University of Idaho has 66 full-time faculty on staff.

The University of Idaho set up its first campus ever in 1889 in Moscow, Idaho. Since then, it has managed to deliver its education through many branches to about 11,000 students. The campus of U of I Moscow is highly renowned for the rolling Palouse Hills surrounding the campus making it almost impossible for one to look away from that beauty. Housing/ Residential Facilities

Considered to be at #15 Safest College Campus in America by alarms.org 2018, U of I Moscow provides on-campus residence halls. All first-year students are required to stay on-campus. Graduate students can choose to stay at on-campus or off-campus accommodations.

Programs

The university is highly known for its research and extension centers and for being the only 4-year medical and law school in Idaho. With more than 158 majors, U of I is known for its approach by the teachers with a student-teacher ratio of 14:1.

More than 300 academic programs are available which include majors, minors, certified degrees, Master’s, Doctorate professional practice and Doctorate (research), etc. taught through the eight academic colleges. 

The university also offers combined degrees to students. U of I Moscow is mostly known for its Psychology (general) major. All the academic programs are offered through the university’s colleges of Agricultural and Life Science; Education, Health and Human Services; Engineering; Natural Resources; Art and Architecture; Letters, Arts and Social Science; Science; and Business and Economics.
