Course content
This course gives you a general overview and critical appreciation of international business management issues, and offers options to let you develop particular areas of expertise. You will discuss real-life case studies with peers and tutors, improving your ability to analyse and synthesise complex issues, think critically and communicate effectively. Through a combination of lectures, seminars, workshops, management simulations and group projects, you will learn from a team of experienced tutors, many with management experience in their specialist field.
Your studies will also enhance your international career opportunities. You will learn the skills and knowledge needed for managerial roles in an international organisation or a small-to-medium enterprise with an international outlook. You will also learn how to operate effectively in a global, multicultural context.
The course builds on the University’s long, established tradition in business management education at postgraduate level. You will study in our Business School, and share some modules with the MBA.
