Accepts Transfers:At UW we want to make transferring your credits as easy as possible. Generally, all college-level courses from regionally accredited colleges and universities will transfer to UW, while remedial courses and most vocational courses will not.Credit For Life Experience:Credit based on evaluation of the kinds and extent of college-level learning which an applicant has acquired in prior extra-institutional settings, evidenced in a portfolio of documentation, may count toward university undergraduate graduation.

Transfer Application Requirements
Minimum GPA:
A cumulative, unweighted college GPA of 2.0 (on a 4.0 scale). If you have less than 12 semester credit hours, you will need a cumulative, unweighted high school GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale).
Official Transcripts:
Have one official transcript from EACH previously attended institution sent directly to the UW Admissions Office. Transfer students with less than 12 completed college credits will need to send official high school transcripts.
SAT Scores:
If you have less than 12 semester credit hours or are under 21 years of age, you will need a minimum composite ACT score of 21 or SAT* score of 1060.
Application Fee:
There is a $40 non-refundable application fee.
