OeAD student housing

Typically, WU incoming exchange students book with OeAD student housing. You can find a list of their residence halls in the table below. Students, who would like to make use of this offer, need to register through the OeAD student housing website.
- Rooms start from €345 per month
- Prices vary and depend on the length of stay and room type
- We have pre-reservations in certain OeAD residence halls (see full list below)
- Together with the insurance company UNIQA, OeAD student housing offers a cancellation policy. For details, please see this website.
- The minimum rental period for a room in a residency hall is a whole semester. In the winter semester, from October to the end of January. In the summer semester, from March to the end of June. It is possible to extend but not to shorten the rental period.
