Our Workplace Mediation Training Programme covers the core skills and attributes required to conduct workplace mediations effectively. When I started UK Mediation back in 1999, the last thing I wanted to do was to replicate what everyone else was doing. Train to be a mediator with the five-day, face-to-face Interpersonal Mediation Practitioner’s Certificate (IMPC), the market-leading professional mediator qualification.
