All incoming freshmen will be considered for merit scholarships upon admission and need-based scholarships are automatically awarded to students who have been accepted based on their federal financial aid information.

There is something here for everyone, regardless of whether you are a prospective student, or a member of the faculty, staff or local community. wVU departmental scholarships
The following scholarships are available through the WVU School of Pharmacy for students currently enrolled in the PharmD program. Pre-Pharmacy students are not eligible for these scholarships.
Once full-time coursework begins in the School of Pharmacy, scholarship application information will be provided. Based on the availability of funds each year, scholarships are offered annually to students who meet all of the selection criteria for a specific scholarship.
- Eligible students will receive a scholarship application at the end of the fall semester and must complete it by the deadline designated on the application. A single application is used to apply for all of the available scholarships.
- For scholarships based on financial need, a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) must be submitted. It is recommended that you submit your FAFSA as soon as possible since this data is needed to offer the scholarships.
