We considered colleges in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia. Then, we narrowed our list of schools down to the top 30 by considering such factors as:

Agnes Scott College
