Confirm your Offer of Admission
Confirm your offer of admission by logging in to your application on the International Application Portal or by contacting your agent to do so on your behalf. Upon receiving your Letter of Admission (LOA), contact the nearest Canadian embassy or consulate to begin the process of applying for a student visa and/or study permit (cic.gc.ca).
Tuition Payments
Payment for tuition must be received by the deadlines outlined below.
- New Students or Existing Students Starting a New Program: Payment due dates are indicated on your LOA. Payment must be received to hold your spot. If your first payment is not paid by the specified due date, we will be unable to hold your seat. Note: It can take 2 – 3 business days for funds to arrive at the College and to be added to your student account. Once a payment arrives on a student account, a receipt will be issued within 48 hours on the application portal to use with a study visa application. Please continue to check the application portal for the issued receipt.
- Returning Students: All semester fees for returning students are payable no later than the following dates, except when otherwise advised by the Registrar’s Office. If a student does not pay their fees before the deadlines stated below, a $250 late fee charge will be applied to their account.
- Fall Semester: August 1
- Winter Semester: December 1
- Spring Semester: April 1
