phd in reproductive health in canada
Hi! I’m a professor at the University of Toronto with a PhD in reproductive health, and I focus on how reproductive health practices, like how women use birth control, affect women’s health. My research is funded through government grants and foundation grants, but I also publish in academic journals. The university where I teach is located in [city name], and it is one of the oldest and largest universities in Canada.
I’ve been teaching at the university for 6 years now. I’m really interested in environmental issues and how they affect women’s health.
I have published over 50 articles in academic journals on topics including:
the increased risk of cancer for women using hormonal contraception
the connection between having multiple children early in life and high blood pressure later on
the relationship between a woman’s diet, her weight, and her ability to get pregnant
my goal is to spread awareness about these topics so that more women can make informed decisions about their health
My favorite part about being a professor is working with students to help them learn new things.
