Established in 1863,ย Politecnico di Milanoย is one the most outstanding technical universities in Europe, and the largest Italian university in Engineering, Architecture and Design, with over 45,000 students.
The university has seven campuses located in Milan and in other nearby Italian cities: Lecco, Cremona, Mantova and Piacenza. It is organized in 12 Departments and in 4 Schools, respectively devoted to research and education.

Politecnico di Milano Masters Programs

In order to apply for the Politecnico di Milano MSc programmes, some entry requirements should be met, including holding a bachelor degree in a related field of study.

There are two intakes a year, corresponding to 1stย and to 2ndย semester, respectively starting inย September, and inย February. Please note that Design programmes only allow to apply for the 1stย semester.

The “Laurea Magistrale” (equivalent to Master of Science) is obtained after two years of postgraduate studies and aims to provide rigorous, advanced training in specific sectors. Applicants who already have a โ€œLaureaโ€ (equivalent to Bachelor of Science) in a different field or have attended a vocational school, as well as those who obtained an undergraduate qualification at a University of Applied Science (or any other university with a similar study profile), cannot apply directly for a โ€œLaurea Magistraleโ€ (equivalent to Master of Science), but they must first obtain the necessary credits.ย 

FOR STUDENTS WITH A UNIVERSITY QUALIFICATION OBTAINED OUTSIDE ITALY AN ENGLISH OR ITALIAN LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED

If your bachelor degree was taught in English, you may upload a document certified by your university attesting the teaching language instead of the language certificate.

Applicants to Master of Science programmes are required to have a Bachelor degree or be in the process of completing a Bachelor degree. Admitted applicants will have to graduate before the enrollment.

Your undergraduate level programme must contain subjects closely related to the MSc programme you are applying to.ย

At Turin Polytechnic, your tuition fee is based on whether youโ€™re full-time or part-time enrolled in your bachelors or masters course. For full-time students, the tuition fee ranges from โ‚ฌ2600 to โ‚ฌ3800. If youโ€™re attending as a part-time student, the fees are slightly lower, from โ‚ฌ1600 to โ‚ฌ2400.
