Entry requirements
Undergraduate academic requirements
All applications will be considered however, we do highly recommend the following qualifications to strengthen your application:
Applicants who have completed the Middle Level TVET 10+3 Diploma will normally be considered for undergraduate entry.
Applicants who have completed the Ethiopian School Leaving Certificate will also need to complete an International Foundation Programme, IB or A Levels to be considered for undergraduate entry.
Postgraduate academic requirements
Applicants who have attained a Master’s Degree from a recognised institution will normally be considered for postgraduate entry.

In addition to the information above, there may be entry requirements specific to your chosen Degree Programme. We will also consider relevant work experience. Contact a representative in your county or the Regional Manager for more information.
English language requirements
We understand English may not be your first language and will accept a wide range of English Language tests to support your application. We also offer Pre-Sessional English Language programmes and In-sessional English Language Programmes.
If you have already completed an English Language qualification, please include the test results alongside your application as supporting documentation.
You can apply for the programme before you complete an English language qualification or if you are still studying. We will assess your application, including your personal statement and any qualifications you have already attained.
If you are suitable for the programme we will send you a Conditional Offer. This will explain which grades you need to be accepted onto the programme, and the deadline to provide supporting documentation.

Before you begin studying in the UK, you may require a Student visa. At St Mary’s we strictly adhere to UK Visa and Immigration regulations and will require you provide supporting documentation which meets UK government guidelines.

The University of Liverpool’s online degrees have the same status and standing as those awarded to graduates who study on-campus. This applies to all our online postgraduate degree programmes.
The University’s status as a UK degree-awarding institution dates back to 1903 when it was first granted a Royal Charter.
The Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA) – the organisation that monitors and advises on quality and standards in UK higher education – confirmed in its 2009 review that students can have confidence in the quality and standards of the University of Liverpool’s provision.
Many countries, including the USA and Canada, accept the standard of degrees awarded by UK universities as equivalent to their own.

Management programme accreditation
In addition to AACSB accreditation covering all of the University’s online Management programmes, two programmes have specific accreditation:
