UCL, also known as University College London, is a leading research university located in the heart of London. With a strong emphasis on academic excellence and innovation, UCL attracts some of the brightest minds from around the world. One key aspect of applying to UCL is understanding the entry requirements, which typically range from A*A*A–ABB.

For prospective students looking to gain admission to UCL, it is important to note that the university has a benchmark entry level of ABB at GCE A level. This means that applicants must achieve at least these grades to be considered for admission. Additionally, UCL does not make offers of admission with any grades lower than a B, ensuring that only high-achieving students are admitted to the university.

When applying to UCL, prospective students should be prepared to showcase a comprehensive portfolio of creative work at the application stage. This portfolio is required upon invitation and plays a crucial role in the admissions process. In terms of subject requirements, UCL does not specify any specific subjects for entry, but at least two A-level subjects should be taken. Overall, the admission process at UCL is competitive and rigorous, with a focus on academic excellence and creativity.
