B.A./M.D. Program, Fall 2022: The General Application for Admission and the School of Medicine Supplemental Applications are now open. Both applications are due November 1, 2021. Applicants are notified of interview offers by the end of January and final decisions are sent by April 1st.
M.D. Program, Spring 2022: The application for the M.D. program is currently closed. The deadline to apply was August 1, 2021 (AMCAS verification by September 1, 2021). Interviews are typically held in October, and offers of admission communicated in late October.
Graduate Health Professions
Master of Science in Anesthesia Program, Spring 2022: The MSA program application is currently closed. The deadline to apply is August 15, 2021 (CASAA must also be verified by the deadline). Interviews are typically held in early October, and offers of admission are communicated in October..
Master of Medical Science Physician Assistant Program, Spring 2022: The MMSPA program application is currently closed. The deadline to apply was August 1, 2021 (CASPA must also be verified by the deadline). Interviews are typically held in late September, and offers of admission are communicated in early October.

Interdisciplinary Ph.D. Primary Discipline in Bioinformatics, Fall 2022: The application deadline for those interested in pursuing the Primary Discipline in Bioinformatics through the interdisciplinary Ph.D. at UMKC is April 1, 2022. Applicants will be notified of their admission decision for the Primary Discipline by early May, beginning coursework in August.
Interdisciplinary Ph.D. Co-Discipline in Bioinformatics, Spring 2022: Students interested in the co-discipline can APPLY NOW. The priority deadline for spring 2021 is December 15, 2021 (international applicants) or January 15, 2022 (U.S. citizen or permanent resident applicants). Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. UMKC Hospital Hill Campus
Surrounded by hospitals, the UMKC Hospital Hill campus is home to the universities health science schools. In addition to the School of Medicine, the schools of Nursing, Dentistry, and Pharmacy are also located on this campus. The majority of Year 3 through 6 medical student’s courses and training are offered at this campus. The School’s master and certificate programs classes are held at the School of Medicine. The Hospital Hill campus also houses a Health Science library, university bookstore, and the Youngblood Skills Lab. Beginning Fall 2014, the Hospital Hill campus will also offer university housing at this campus. Located in the heart of the city, it is next to Crown Center and minutes from Downtown and the Country Club Plaza.
UMKC Volker Campus
Located four miles south of the Health Sciences Hospital Hill Campus, the Volker Campus offers a collegiate, urban setting in the midst of the city. Students in the B.A./M.D. program spend the majority of the first two years on this campus, while students in graduate and professional program may only visit this campus to access various student services such as the Student Union or the Student Success Center. Volker Campus is a short walk to the Country Club Plaza shopping area, a six-minute drive to historic Westport and 12 minutes from the Crossroads Arts Districts.

Second only to Rome, Italy in the number of fountains erected, Kansas City is known as the City of Fountains. With more than 200 fountains, these beautiful pieces contribute to the cultural and arts atmosphere the city provides. Kansas City has also made great contributions to the world of jazz and the fantastic cuisine of barbecue.
