With an acceptance rate of 37% in the Fall of 2019, the University of Florida admissions are highly selective. A total of 38,069 applicants applied for admissions this semester, out of which 14,085 students were offered admission. Currently 52,407 (35405 undergraduate) students are enrolled in the university with over 6000 international students.

Programs offered by the University of Florida include over 30 certificates, 100 undergraduate majors, and 200 graduate programs offered through its 16 schools and colleges. It offers graduate programs through the Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering, Warrington College of Business, Levin College of Law, and the College of Medicine.
