Established in 1838, the Virginia Commonwealth University (abbreviated VCU) began as the medical department of the Hampden-Sydney College and by 1854, grew into the Medical College of Virginia. Visa Process for International Students
The post-acceptance process includes the issue of the I-20 form to the applicant following which the applicant should apply for an F-1 visa to study in the USA. A form I-20 is issued to the student by the SEVP-certified schools via delivery (the universities aren’t allowed to electronically send the copy of I-20 form according to the United States Customs & Immigration Services).
