Degrees with Foundation Year 4 Year On Campus

UK Entry Requirements

  • 48 UCAS Points from a maximum of 3 A Levels, or equivalent qualifications
  • GCSE English Language at Grade C/4

You will also be invited to an interview with an academic as part of the admissions process, which will take place online.

Non-standard application route

If you have no or limited formal qualifications you will be invited to complete an in-house literacy test at one of our campuses (for those without GCSE English Language at grade C/4), as well as a formal face-to-face interview. You will also need to provide 2 years of appropriate work experience evidenced by a full CV and one reference.

English language requirements for applicants whose first language is not English

An English language level equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or above with a minimum of 5.5 in each component. Please see ‘Alternative English language qualifications’ section below for alternatives to IELTS.

  • 5 GCSEs at Grade A-C/9-4 (including English) and Grade D/4 or above in Maths, or equivalent qualifications

A formal interview will also take place. You will also need to provide two years of appropriate work experience evidenced by a full CV and a reference.

You will also need to possess Grade C/4 or above in GCSE Maths and English Language, or equivalent qualifications.

Non-standard entry route B:

If you come from a non-traditional background with no formal qualifications you will be invited on-campus to complete an in-house numeracy and literacy test to illustrate your level of Maths and English. A formal interview will also take place. You will also need to provide 3 years of proven work experience evidenced in a full CV along with a work reference.

Additional note for BSc Accounting and Finance:

Students who have completed ACCA or CIMA to a specified level can gain access to Years 2 or 3;

  • ACCA F1-F4 – Direct entry to Year 2
  • CIMA BA1-BA4 – Direct entry to Year 2
  • ACCA F1-F9 – Direct entry to Year 3
